Raglan Increases

In every RS row, work until marker, make 1 (m1), slip marker (sm), knit 1 (k1), m1. There are 4 raglan lines; repeating this on each raglan increases the stitch count by 8 sts on RS rows. Selvedge/edge stitches: knit the first stitch and purl the last one. Button bands (bb) are worked in garter stitch on 3 sts at the beginning and end of each row.

Short Overview

The dress is worked top-down, seamlessly, back and forth until the hem. The yoke is in stockinette with garter button bands and raglan increases. Sleeves are worked in rounds on dpn. The A-shape is achieved by increasing the number of stitches between lace repeats; increases are made in the third row of the lace pattern.
