Pattern notes:

This pattern comes in 6 sizes from baby (12-18”) to adult L sizes (23-25”).
Skill Level: Intermediate. it’s mostly stockinette stitch with color changes.
The hat is worked in the round with a circular needle, bottom-up. Change to double pointed needles when necessary.First work rib, then work colorwork in stockinette stitch. A pom is attached to the top.

MATERIALS:

Lion Brand Wool – Ease Thick and Quick or any other super bulky weight (6) yarn suitable for US 13 (9mm)

COLORS:

  • Grey – 1
  • White– 1
  • Dark grey – 1

Circular or dnp knitting needles: US 13 (9 mm) for colorwork
Circular or dnp knitting needles: US 10,5 (6,5 mm) for the rib

GAUGE:

10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inch = 10 stitches in width and 14 rows/rounds in height with stockinette stitch, after blocking.
