The Knitted Lace Cowl is a charming, versatile accessory that adds a touch of elegance to any outfit. This easy-to-follow pattern uses lightweight double-knit yarn and a simple repeating lace motif to create an airy, delicate cowl that dresses up casual looks or complements more formal outfits. Suitable for knitters comfortable with basic lace techniques (yarn overs and decreases), the project knits flat and is joined to form a tube.

Notes & tips: Blocking helps open the lace pattern and improve stitch definition. Join the cast-on and cast-off edges neatly when seaming to form a smooth tube. This pattern is written flat and then seamed—adjust length by repeating the main pattern rows if you prefer a longer or shorter cowl.
