Pattern Notes:

Stockinette in rounds: all rounds knit. Reversed stockinette in rounds: all rounds purl. The hat is worked seamlessly in the round from the brim upward. You may decorate the finished hat with a button, crochet or felted flower.

Cut yarn, leaving a 6" (approx. 15 cm) tail. Thread tail through remaining sts, pull tight and secure.

Finishing

Weave in all yarn ends. To shape the brim, thread a tapestry needle with matching yarn and sew over the rolled brim and the two rows of reversed stockinette on one side to slightly gather them. Optionally cover this seam with a decorative pin, button, crochet or felted flower. Block lightly if desired to smooth and set the shape.
