Cheesy Puff Stitch (Worked back and forth over a multiple of 6 sts + 1):

Rows 1, 3, 5 [WS]: K3, [p1 tbl, k5] to last 4 sts, p1 tbl, k3.

Rows 2, 4, 6 [RS]: P3, [k1 tbl, p5] to last 4 sts, k1 tbl, p3.

FINISHING

Sew Front to Back at shoulder seams.

Using circular needle, pick up and k 1 st in each bound off st and 1 st in each row around neckline; approx. 54[62, 66, 66] sts.

P 1 row, increasing or decreasing 1-3 sts in order to obtain a multiple of 6 sts. (If you obtained the number of sts given above, sizes M, XL, and XXL are already divisible by 6; 2 sts need to be decreased from size L for it to be divisible by 6.)

Next Round: [P5, k1 tbl] around.

Repeat this round until collar measures 1.5 inches. BO all sts loosely.

Sew sleeves into armholes. Sew sleeve and side seams.

Weave in ends and block lightly.
