Knitted Sleep Sock

What you’ll need:
- 100g of yarn (double knit or chunky)
- Knitting Needles according to the thickness of your yarn
- Crochet hook for laces
- Stitch Markers
- Blunt Needles (stitching it together)
Abbreviations
- k – Knit
- k2tog – knit 2 stitches together
- sts – Stitches
- yo – yarn over (to make a stitch and hole at the same time)
PATTERN – knit 2
Cast on 30 sts
1 – Knit row
2 – The eyelet row – *k1, yo, k2tog, repeat from * to end
3 – Knit row
4 – Make 1 stitch in every stitch throughout, ie knit the same stitch in the front and back before slipping it off (60sts)
Rows 5 – 46 Knit rows (count 23 ridges)
47 – k2tog x 30 times (30 sts)
48 – Knit row
49 – The second eyelet row – *k1, yo, k2tog, repeat from * to end
50 – Knit row
Cast off.
Fold finished piece length-wise, with right sides facing (eyelets matching).
Sew one end together (short end) up to the first eyelet.
Laces: (make 2) Chain a long enough piece. Weave in and out eyelets like shoe laces and tie at top. Add pom-poms or bells!
Repeat for second sock.
