Ribbing of the Santa hat:
Using white color yarn, cast on 44 stitches or any other number that is divisible by 4, then join it but be careful not to twist the stitches. Place marker at the beginning of the round. Knit 28-29 rounds in stockinette stitch or until brim measures about 18-19 cm.
After that fold the brim inwards and line up the cast on round with live stitches on your needles. Now your purl sides are facing each other. To create double brim, you are going to knit through your working stitches and work through your cast on stitches. *Knit stitch from the left-hand needle and the stitch that is coming from the back together – repeat from * till the end of round.
